definitely 100% our decision Will ask wedding planner to arrange for us TO SOLVE HEADACHE - wasting time visit in/out BRIDAL SHOP (BS) , items bargain tiring , end up confusion , cox they more expert than us ~~ think they've group packages = combine us with others internally like taking flight seats tour packages ... Heard they bought 50allotments/rooms each bs and ps different date or travel overseas shooting so as their members can get more freebies since they are deal with local / Spore bs especially sg bridal Di gio Dawn Fables Venus and photographer/MUA - AD ..

me and HTB decide to engage with wedding planner service , they are specialized in suggestion / price bargain ...with reasonable little fees around USD/SGD 25 - 50 depends on different type of inquiries . Appreciate for their hidden hard jobs create and devote to us They are very low profile no much peoples knowing them .

Beginning, i really nervous as the date is getting near ...and really scare not enuf time to do survey. and so many commentS flying around and received made me headache finally i received an offer by a wedding planner. Im satisfied with their service and shorten my sourcing and time frame deadline especially i need it ps on july 2010. Album to be ready oct 2010. And i never visit in person but ONLY confirm with them via email only. Nevertheless , their Service so pro and save my time ...

They will advise / suggest and you will receive local ideas 2-3BRIDAL SHOP quote range Rm5-10k price. What items we can get .. if we interest then go further confirmation ... they will quote latest offer and so we finally go between Rm14k / S$7k packages with Rm4k++ add on items (all designer gowns) details items as below ... luckily 5k sponsored by friends so helpful ..since they knew we want to get more frames and photo given to friends..~~yahoooooo ~~ so happy !!!

my phisilophy i'm a Borneo travel / local honeymooner / group coordinator throughout the years , of cox , i need to ensure my own wedding packages' price is reasonable and worth valued. So, i don mind to pay little survey and consultation fees SGD25 for getting 2-3bs general info and price list AT FIRST http://picasaweb.google.com/111127021970625541567/WeddingPreferencesType# , we able to know more about their differences after some advice or suggestion, they helped us a lots . Most important "free items which bs not given" They might able give us said 70% ** Felt worthy ....this is also the 2ND interesting attracting - reason i asked them to sign for us ...
Due to my tight schedule fly here n there , im not able to visit their bridal shop(bs) but will agree with wedding planners suggestion JB - FABLES/SG BRIDAL/ DI GIO or singapore those high end bs to handle my case compare to local S'pore free items given more ...will sign via email coming end Apr. also MAIN reason need them to sign for us ...

INVITATION PREPARATIONS
What kind of wording should I use on the invitations?
Although a lot will depend on your own personal styles, as well as who's hosting the wedding, there are a handful of traditional wording formats most often used on wedding invitations. To see examples, please visit the Writing Format page.
When should I start addressing my wedding invitations?
You should begin addressing your wedding invitations six to eight weeks before your wedding. It's always a good idea to work with a professional and experienced wedding stationery printer.
What should I use for a RSVP date?
RSVP (respondez s'il vous plait - the French phrase for 'please respond') dates should be set for at least two weeks prior to your wedding. This allows enough time for you to call those guests who have not responded and get a final head count for your wedding.
When should the wedding invitations be mailed?
Your wedding invitations should be mailed 4-6 weeks before your wedding.
What about postage?
Once you have addressed your invitations, be sure to take one complete set to the post office and have it weighed - guaranteeing that you have enough postage on each envelope. Also, don't forget to purchase stamps for the RSVP envelopes, as well as the invitations.
How do I let people know if I prefer not to have children at the wedding or reception?
The only children that must be invited to your wedding are your siblings. Most brides don't include the names of children in the invitation when they are not included on the guest list. However, there is no guarantee the children won't attend unless the parents are specifically informed. It is becoming more acceptable to include terminology in your invitation that discourages child attendance, such as "Adult Reception Immediately Following Ceremony".
Some couples permit children to attend the wedding with their parents, and offer a children's table at the reception where they are able to color and play games. It is also a good idea to have a chaperone supervise the children's table. Proper etiquette dictates that anyone permitted to attend the ceremony should also be permitted to attend the reception.
How can I know for sure the number of people who will actually attend our wedding?
A lot depends on how many out of town guests you invite - as that number increases, attendance usually decreases. Typically, only 20% of invited out-of-towners will attend, while usually about 80% of local guests attend. If you invite 200 guests, you can generally expect a 60-75% attendance ratio, resulting in approximately 120-150 guests. Remember, travel distance to the wedding site and the cost of overnight accommodations are major factors in attendance. However, you should always be prepared for 100% attendance.
When printing your invitations and reply cards, it is best to include space for the guest to indicate how many people will attend, including a separate line for children. It is important that you keep your reply card information organized and record pertinent information on the guest list sheets or cards, so that you know in advance the number of guests you can expect.
