FUNCTION SPACE/FOOD & BEVERAGE ARRANGEMENT :
Based on your requirements, we have tentatively arranged the following for your function.
Event : WEDDING DINNER
Date / Day : 5 October 2010 / Tuesday
Time : 7pm to 11pm
Set-up : Round table seating for 10 persons per table
Venue : GRAND BALLROOM (Able to accommodate a maximum of 400 persons)
(The venue of your function will be as per number of confirmed guests. The Hotel reserves the right to change the venue if the guaranteed attendance falls below the minimum required.)
Expected Attendance : We are expecting 200 persons to attend your Wedding Dinner.
The final confirmation of persons attending must be notified to the hotel at least three (03) working days in advance to the function date or latest by 29 SEPTEMBER 2010, or else, the charges will be based on either the guaranteed number or the actual number in attendance, whichever is greater.

Corkage Charges : a. Barrelled Beer @ RM165.00nett per opened barrel ;
b. Bottled Beer @ RM6.00nett per opened bottle ;

Disclaimer of
Liabilities : Safe custody of the souvenirs / exhibits / items is the sole responsibility of the Organiser. The Hotel is not liable to compensate the Organiser for any losses of souvenirs / exhibits / items left unattended before, during and after the function.
Declaration of
Alcoholic Beverages : As stipulated and/or prescribed by applicable Malaysian Laws on import duties, all alcoholic beverages brought into and/or consumed within the Hotel must be Duty Paid and non-illegal items.
The Hotel is not liable for any unforeseen issues or matters arising resulted from your event in relation to the issue of alcoholic beverages and compliance to any applicable laws. The Organiser shall take full liability should such incident occur within the Hotel premise.
Music Author’s Copyright
Protection (MACP)
Berhad Requirement : A MACP Permit Licence is required for functions involved usage of music either via pipe – in music, music machine, DJ Karaoke, fashion show or live artistes performances in the function rooms, banquet hall or ballrooms of the Hotel.
The Client shall bear the MACP Permit Licence fee and the Hotel shall not in any event be liable or responsible for any civil or criminal action taken by Music Authors’ Copyright Protection (MACP) Bhd against the client should they failed to obtain the said Permit before the function.

Remarks : OUTSIDE FOOD IS STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED IN ALL FOOD & BEVERAGES OUTLETS AND FUNCTION ROOMS.
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT
The Hotel had received deposit payment for RM 5,000.00nett on 22-03-2010. Upon confirmation of booking, a 50% of the total estimated charges is required before food tasting and the balance of payment is to be fully settled immediately after the function ends on 5 October 2010 by cash or credit card.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT PERSONAL CHEQUE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE ON THE DAY OF THE FUNCTION.
CANCELLATION
There will be a one-night charge for any cancellation made less than three (03) working days prior to the arrival date. The same rate will apply for no-shows or guaranteed guestrooms on the day of the arrival based on the confirmed duration of stay.
A 50% charge of food and beverage will apply to cancellation of any planned food and beverage functions if cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to the event date. Cancellation made within 48 hours will attract a full charge.
OPTION DATE
To enable the Hotel to reserve the function space and room arrangements for your event on definite basis, we would appreciate if you could indicate your acceptance of all arrangements by signing on all pages and returning a copy of this agreement to our office latest by 30 APRIL 2010. In the interim, should another organization request the same space on a definite basis before this date, the Hotel will give you a 72-hour option for you to confirm the space held.
